The house consists of the main living space with dining area, kitchen, and living/TV area in a loft style room, along with powder room and a pantry. There is a large deck on the southwest with a view over the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level, and two bedrooms on the lower level, and all face the ocean. All bedrooms are fully en suite with showers, bathrooms including bidets and wardrobes.
There is a large laundry room and storage, as well as areas for staff dining.
This villa is furnished with great attention to detail and style. All furnishings and finishes are Italian designer and of the best quality. The style of the house is quite minimalist. The kitchen is a unique combination of stainless steel and wood, and contains a full complement of cooking equipment.
